Wednesday - Took an days leave day to look after Hannah. 3 miles base in the morning, 3 miles base in the evening.
Thursday - 5 miles tempo at lunchtime, 30mins at 5:50 pace
Saturday - 6 miles including parkrun. Mass club start and olympic breakfast in clubhouse
afterwards to celebrate clubs 120 years. Came 7th, Rosie and Holly ran
too.
Sunday - Long run with Colin and Stuart, Southside Six route, tired.
